Because our meals are fresh, perishable, and personalized to your dog's specific needs, we cannot accept physical returns of opened or unopened food. If your dog doesn't love their new diet, please contact us within 30 days of delivery so we can help you find a solution or issue a refund for your first box.

Serve the meals to your dog following our transition guide to ensure their digestive system adjusts comfortably to a fresh food diet.
- 2.Contact Support
If your dog is not satisfied, reach out to our customer care team via email or phone within 30 days of receiving your initial trial order.
- 3.Receive a Refund
Once we verify your request, we will process a full refund for your first box to your original payment method, no physical return required.
- 4.Pay it Forward
Instead of shipping the food back, we encourage you to donate any remaining unopened packs to a local animal shelter or a friend's pup.
